施星宇，男，汉族，中共党员，1989年6月出生于湖南省湘潭市，博士。

2011年6月毕业于北京理工大学电气工程与自动化专业，获学士学位，2014年3月毕业于北京理工大学，获电机与电器专业硕士学位，2020年10月毕业于湖南大学获电气工程专业博士学位。2016年11月-2018年12月，国家留学基金委公派赴美国伊利诺伊理工大学联合培养。2021年1月入职长沙理工大学电气与信息工程学院。

主要研究方向：（1）智能配电网；（2）新能源电力系统稳定分析与控制；（3）电力信息物理系统

作为主要研究人员参与完成多项国家自科基金、国际合作与交流项目及企业横向项目；在《IEEE Transactions on Smart Grid》、《International Journal of Electrical Power & Energy Systems》等国内外重要刊物上发表论文13篇。
